The innovative and robust construction of our Durable Oxygen-Free Copper Cable is meticulously designed to ensure optimal performance. The assembly includes: 3 power cores crafted from standard aluminum conductors, all enveloped with top-tier XLPE insulation for maximum durability. Additionally, there is an optional sheath lighting aluminum conductor, also insulated with XLPE. Completing the structure is a messenger Al-alloy conductor, which can be either bare or covered, and can be substituted with galvanized steel wire for enhanced strength and reliability. Key functions of the messenger wire are: A) It serves as a load-bearing component, ensuring stability and support. B) It acts as an earth or neutral conductor, providing safety and functionality.

Application:
This pioneering aerial cable is specially engineered for transmitting electric power overhead and is widely employed in the modernization of urban and forest region electrified wire networks. It significantly elevates the safety and reliability of these networks. Ideal for use in residential settings with a spec of 600V phase to phase or lower, maintaining conductor temperatures at a maximum of 75ºC for polyethylene-insulated conductors, and up to 90ºC for cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated conductors. Its adaptability makes it a prime choice for diverse environmental conditions.
