For projects requiring smaller dimensions, our solid wire (Class 1) ensures unparalleled reliability, also complying with BS EN / IEC 60228.

INSULATION MATERIALS:
Exquisite craftsmanship meets high standards with our insulation materials. Made from premium PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride), both the material and thickness are designed with precision to meet the stringent requirements of IEC 60502-1 and BS 6346, ensuring safety and performance.
INSULATION CORE COLOR IDENTIFICATION:
*1 Core: Elegantly available in Brown or Blue, offering optimal identification.
*2 Core: Showcasing a sophisticated dual-tone Brown-Blue combination.
*3 Core: Features a distinctively vibrant Brown-Blue-Grey color coding.

BEDDING:
Our bedding uses an extruded PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) compound, delivering optimal durability and safeguarding the cable's integrity.
ARMOURED:
Fortified with robust galvanized steel tapes, meticulously applied helically over the bedding, ensuring adherence to the IEC 60502-1 standards for ultimate protection.


SHEATH:
Extruded PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) expertly tailored to align with IEC 60502-1 specifications, offering unwavering protection.
The standard sheath color is black, however, customization options are available upon special request to meet specific aesthetic or functional requirements.
