Our conductors are crafted from top-tier Copper or Aluminium, available in both round and sector shapes. We utilize stranded wire (Class 2) adhering to the rigorous standards of BS EN / IEC 60228. For smaller dimensions, we offer solid wire (Class 1) conforming to BS EN / IEC 60228, ensuring versatility and reliability.

INSULATION MATERIALS:
We employ PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) for insulation, with material and thickness precisely as per IEC 60502-1 and BS 6346 standards, ensuring superior protection and durability.
Insulation Core Color Identification:
*1 Core: Available in elegant Brown or Blue for easy identification and seamless integration.
*2 Core: Distinguished Brown and Blue duo, ensuring clear and effective distinction.
*3 Core: A refined combination of Brown, Blue, and Grey enhances clarity in complex installations.

BEDDING:

ARMOURED:
Our armouring employs galvanized steel tapes, applied helically over the bedding, meeting IEC60502-1 standards for enhanced mechanical protection.

SHEATH:
Extruded PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) sheath designed to conform to IEC 60502-1,
Available in classic black with options for custom colors upon special order.
